1. Experience Tiers (Per‑Head Pricing)

Classic Dining – £45 per guest Seasonal menu, plated service, tailored to dietary needs.

Premium Dining – £65 per guest Elevated menu with luxury ingredients, enhanced plating, optional wine pairing guidance.

Exclusive Dining – £95 per guest Bespoke fine dining experience, multi‑course tasting menu, chef interaction at table, premium sourcing.

All experiences are subject to a £400 minimum charge, credited against your final bill. There is no minimum guest requirement. Consultations are included at no cost, with charges applying only once your booking is confirmed. This ensures the chef’s artistry and full dedication to your event.

2. Wine Pairing Option

Wine Experience – £45 per guest Curated wine pairing across courses, selected to complement the menu. Includes consultation with Chef Justin Knight on preferences (classic, adventurous, or themed). Premium sourcing with sommelier‑style notes provided at table.

3. Additional Services

Helper Staff: £20/hr per person.

Crockery Hire & Cleaning: Billed separately if required.

Miscellaneous Services: Any additional requirements will be discussed and agreed upon between JustInc. and the client prior to acceptance of booking, ensuring clarity and fairness.

4. Client Relations

Bespoke menu consultation tailored to preferences, dietary needs, and allergies.

Flexible service styles: family buffet, tapas, plated fine dining, or canapés.

5. Payment Terms

30% deposit required at booking

50% deposit required for large parties

Full balance due 14 days prior to the event

Bookings made within the cancellation window must be paid in full at time of booking

Refunds are discretionary, except where Just Exclusive cancels an event (full refund provided)
