JustInc. Ltd provides bespoke hospitality experiences, private dining (Just Exclusive), event catering, and subscription services such as (Just Fresh). All services are subject to availability and may be updated or withdrawn at our discretion.

5. Bookings and Subscriptions

• Bookings (Just Exclusive) are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

• A minimum engagement of £400 applies to all private dining experiences (Just Exclusive), safeguarding the exclusivity and dedication of Chef Justin Knight.

• Allergy and dietary information must be provided accurately; JustInc. Ltd is not liable for omissions.

• Additional services (e.g., staff hire, crockery hire/cleaning, wine pairing) will be agreed upon in writing between JustInc. Ltd and the client prior to acceptance of booking.

• Subscription services (Just Fresh) are subject to separate terms, including cancellation and renewal policies.

6. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed in GBP and may change without notice.

• Payment Terms (Just Exclusive):

  • 30% deposit required at booking (50% for large parties).

  • Full balance due 14 days prior to the event.

  • Bookings made within the cancellation window must be paid in full at time of booking.

  • Refunds are discretionary, except where JustInc. Ltd cancels an event (full refund provided).

• Payments are processed securely via third‑party providers.

• Invoices must be settled within agreed terms.

7. Liability

• JustInc. Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• We take all reasonable steps to ensure safety and quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access.

8. Consultations

• Clients (Just Exclusive) may request a consultation to discuss bespoke menus, dietary needs, wine pairing, and event services.

• Consultations are complimentary and obligation‑free, but booking confirmation requires adherence to deposit and minimum engagement terms.

• JustInc. Ltd reserves the right to decline consultation requests that fall outside the scope of its services.
