Odyssey Terms & Conditions
1. General
The Odyssey is a fully curated, founder‑led private dining experience. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Menus, pairings, and service elements are designed bespoke for each event and may vary depending on seasonal availability, guest preferences, and ingredient quality. All dishes are prepared fresh to order using organic, locally sourced, and ethically harvested ingredients wherever possible.
2. Booking Policy
Bookings must be made through the official JustInc booking form or via direct contact.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Bookings made within the 14‑day window must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Written confirmation (email or message) will be provided once your booking is secured.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 7 days before the event: The 30% deposit is non‑refundable, but any additional balance paid will be returned.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event: Non‑refundable. Full payment is retained to cover preparation, staffing, and ingredient commitments.
Bookings made within the 14‑day window: Non‑refundable if cancelled.
If JustInc cancels the event: A full refund will be issued. Refunds for client‑initiated cancellations are discretionary and assessed in line with consumer protection laws of England and Wales.
4. Refunds
Deposits are non‑refundable except where JustInc cancels the event.
Refunds for client cancellations are not guaranteed and will be considered only in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of JustInc.
5. What the Odyssey Includes
The Odyssey is a complete, all‑inclusive experience. Your fee covers:
Culinary Experience
Seven fully realised courses
Amuse‑bouche, pre‑starter, palate cleanser, and pre‑dessert
Bespoke menu design shaped around your preferences
Seasonal, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients
Pairings
Carefully curated wine pairings
Crafted cocktails and aperitifs
Non‑alcoholic elixirs available upon request
Service & Hospitality
A trained host and professional server
Full table service with coordinated pacing
Storytelling between courses
Founder‑led orchestration throughout the evening
Tableware & Equipment
All crockery, cutlery, glassware, and specialist vessels
Specialist equipment (sous‑vide, torches, plating tools, burners, etc.)
Delivery, setup, and removal of all equipment
A complete kitchen reset at the end of the evening
Final Touch
Handcrafted chocolates for each guest as a closing gift
This is a complete, curated evening — nothing additional is required from the host.
6. Food Safety & Compliance
Your safety is paramount. JustInc operates in full compliance with UK food law.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Guests must disclose all allergies and dietary needs at the time of booking.
While every effort is made to accommodate requirements, the complete absence of allergens cannot be guaranteed.
By booking, guests acknowledge that undisclosed allergies are their own responsibility.
Natasha’s Law
All PPDS items are labelled with full ingredient lists and clearly emphasised allergens.
Food Safety & Hygiene
All preparation follows HACCP principles.
Staff are trained in COSHH procedures.
Kitchens are inspected under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme; ratings are available upon request.

7. Payment & Pricing
The Odyssey Experience Fee is all‑inclusive.
Bespoke requests may incur additional costs, always communicated before confirmation.
Payment terms must be adhered to in full.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
