Welcome to Just Fresh, a service provided by JustInc. Ltd. By subscribing to or ordering from Just Fresh, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

  • Just Fresh provides freshly prepared meals, subscription plans, and pay‑as‑you‑go ordering.

  • All meals are individually priced and subject to availability.

  • Products are prepared fresh to order, using locally sourced, organic, and free‑range ingredients wherever possible.

  • Menus may change seasonally to reflect ingredient availability and freshness.

3. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly (£50, £70, or £100 depending on tier).

  • Subscriptions add directly to your Fresh shopping balance, with a 20% saving applied to all orders.

  • Balances roll over month to month if unused.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused anytime with 30 days’ notice.

  • Subscription savings apply only to Fresh orders and cannot be transferred to other JustInc. brands.

4. Pay‑As‑You‑Go

  • Flexible ordering with no commitment.

  • Cancel anytime with 2 days’ notice before any confirmed meals.

  • Standard pricing applies.

  • Pay‑As‑You‑Go clients may request bespoke menu adjustments, subject to ingredient availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP and may change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via third‑party providers.

  • Invoices must be settled within agreed terms.

  • A minimum order value of £25 applies to Fresh deliveries, ensuring quality and efficiency.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cancelled after confirmation may incur a fee to cover preparation costs.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery may be charged in full.

  • Refunds are discretionary, except where Just Fresh cancels an order (full refund provided).

7. Transparency & Legal Statement

  • Allergens & Nutritional Information: Every meal includes a detailed breakdown of allergens and nutritional values. Clients are responsible for reviewing this information before ordering. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

  • Health Disclaimer: While meals are designed to support health and wellbeing, they are not a substitute for medical advice. Clients with specific medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

  • Ingredient Standards: We are committed to sourcing fresh, local, organic, and free‑range ingredients wherever possible. Variations may occur depending on seasonal availability.

8. Liability

  • JustInc. Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure safety and quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
