Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Just Exclusive.

  • Menus and experiences are individually priced and may vary depending on seasonal availability and bespoke requests.

  • All experiences are prepared fresh to order, using locally sourced, organic, and free‑range ingredients where possible.

2. Booking Policy

  • Bookings must be made via the official Just Exclusive booking form or through direct contact with our team.

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Any bookings made within the cancellation notice period must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Confirmation of booking will be provided in writing (email or message).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before the event: The 30% deposit is non‑refundable, but any balance already paid will be returned.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event: Non‑refundable. Full payment is retained to cover preparation, staffing, and ingredient costs.

  • Bookings made within the 14‑day payment window: Must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non‑refundable if cancelled.

  • Refunds by Just Exclusive: If Just Exclusive cancels an event for any reason, a full refund will be provided. Refunds for client‑initiated cancellations are discretionary and will be considered in accordance with consumer protection laws of England and Wales.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Just Exclusive.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable except where Just Exclusive cancels the event.

  • Refunds for client‑initiated cancellations are not guaranteed and will only be considered in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Food Safety & Compliance

At Just Exclusive, your safety and trust are as important as the artistry of your dining experience. We operate with full transparency and in compliance with UK food law.

  • Allergen & Dietary Information

    • We provide clear information on the 14 major allergens recognised under UK law.

    • Guests must disclose all allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements at the time of booking.

    • While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

    • By booking, guests acknowledge that consuming food prepared by Just Exclusive is at their own risk if allergies are not disclosed.

  • Natasha’s Law

    • In line with Natasha’s Law (October 2021), all Pre‑Packed for Direct Sale (PPDS) items are labelled with a full ingredient list, with allergens clearly emphasised.

  • Food Safety & Hygiene

    • All food preparation follows HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

    • Staff are trained in COSHH procedures (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).

    • Our kitchens are inspected by local authorities and operate under the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. Ratings are displayed publicly and available upon request.

  • Legal Notice

    • Nutritional and allergen information is provided with transparency, but should not be considered medical advice.

    • Clients with medical conditions or specific dietary needs should consult a healthcare professional before making changes to their diet.

    • Liability for adverse reactions cannot be accepted where allergies or dietary requirements were not disclosed prior to booking.

6. Payment & Pricing

  • All menus and experiences are priced individually.

  • Bespoke requests may incur additional costs, communicated before confirmation.

  • Payment terms are outlined at the time of booking and must be adhered to in full.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
